Rob just saved us...again! Back in 2013, we had three vertical cracks in our basement that required repair, before we could close on our home. We called Rob and we are so glad we did. When we called, Rob got back to us quickly. He came out and filled all the cracks with epoxy and there have been ZERO leaks since then, even in the torrent of rain we had a few years ago. Having Crack Attack fix my basement water issue was tremendous! Rob was very quick to respond, professional, and explained the process clearly. Even though the current issue wasn't necessarily a warranty issue, he fixed it for free without me even requesting a discount! That is great, but only if it is good work, and it absolutely was. He also walked the property with me and pointed out areas where we needed to have grading done around the foundation so the soil would slope away from the house, and shared a lot of other help... read more
