I love perfect mall I that mall I get good things from there
I grew up going to this mall and have always enjoyed returning now that I have moved away but today my mind has changed. I work in retail and understand the in's and outs of the business. Today my son and I visiting from out of town stopped at crabtree to do some shopping. Every store we went in the employees were rude. We got dirty looks from them and were followed around a store by one of the employees because we declined their help. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SHOPPING THERE! IF THAT DON'T HAVE WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, IT PROBABLY DOESN'T EXIST!
Everyone was very helpful. Love the stores, hate the parking.
Other than parking its a great mall so not a big deal for me lol
Went to mall specifically for one store. Store was closed for remodel and when I inquired at the "customer" service desk the women working were rude and offered no information about when said store would reopen and acted like I was an idiot for asking.
