Dr. Hop and Mel were great as always, but the business end was absolutely awful. They owe me a reimbursement, and I was told it would take a month to process and give me a check. That is ridiculous. When it was time for me to pay for service, I didn't hesitate, but when it was time for them to correct their mistake, I can't get my money, or I have to wait for a month. Why? Well according them it will take a month to find someone to sign the check. That is bull.
If you want to be berated and bullied, do not come here. I went in for a consultation for upper dentures since implants are no longer an option for me financially after struggling with a kidney issue that put me in the hospital. After going over my family history and dental problems I was told "It's your parents fault your teeth are like this for teaching you bad habits.
