so rude! – Waitress didnt follow through with our drink or food orders so we had to go to the bar and practically serve ourselves all night. I thought the waitress provided bad service until I got to the bar, where the bartender was slow and rude. If I ever mentioned a great place to share good times with friends, this would be last on my list!

Horrible Management – This place has the worst management I've ever seen. We had a bad experience with a server who essentially threw our menus on the table and said, " what can I get for you"? I've worked in restaurants and bars all through college and have conducted customer service training in my 13 years of professional experience. Awful Service – The service is lacking at the bar, with inattentiveness and lack of interest each time I have gone here. I used to come to this when it was Tavola Rosa and miss that experience. The atmosphere is cool, but service is what steers me away!
