I received notice to pay Crabtree, as my landlord was behind on HOA fees. In the notice from Crabtree, i was told that my rights would be protected, if the landlord was to act unethical. However, this has proven to not be the case, and I'm in being left out to dry, unless I come up with thousands to now protect my family, but the big man got his! My landlord, Conrex, decided to not pay their HOA fees. Due to this, they were sued and I was told to pay the lawyer rent for that month. Ever since then, I have received 3 eviction notices, a multitude of threatening calls & emails, and now they have locked my account from me, making me completely unable to pay rent.
