he charged me $300 just to open the Septic tank baffle and remove the blockage ..too much Justin !!!!
Justin and his team came to complete a Rinnai boiler install for slab heat. The previous plumber gave up after installing 90%. Said he was too busy to come back. Justin was not a Rinnai specialist (I think he is now) but is certified on Navien systems. Working with Rinnai tech's by phone he got it up and running. The previous install had a flaw, so it didn't run 100%, but he came back, identified the flaw and fixed it easily. Very happy with their work.
