Very good care for my cat. Dr Crabtree actually called me to ask questions about the medicine he is on and asked that he can see how much I have given so he Can make the best decision about how to proceed. I LOVE my cat and appreciate his concern and care for him.

Dr. Crabtree and his staff are awesome. I lived in Texas and moved to Virginia. But I don't think I'll ever find a vet that I really liked as much is Dr. Crabtree. You can see the love for animals he has not just a job!

Dr Crabtree is informative and takes his time explaining all aspects of treatment; e.g. risks with the benefits, so there are no surprises. Staff is friendly and eager to help.

Yes Did you experience the veterinarian using offensive or foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was this veterinarian's staff friendly? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this veterinarian prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this veterinarian without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this veterinarian offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was it easy to make an appointment with this veterinarian? Yes! It was effortless!

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this veterinarian listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! They always listen carefully to what I have to say!
