Beware I ordered Crabmeat and I requested extra ice packs to be included in my shipment. When I received my order all the ice packs were melted and warm to the touch. I contacted Crabplace with my concern and I was told the crab meat should be OK. I opened the containers after I put in refrigerator for 6 hours to cool down and when I open the crabmeat if had a teriible smell. I want to share with you how pleased my family and I are with your seafood. Two of us are Marylanders and really miss the steamed crabs and crab cakes. We are in California and each order we receive is packed perfectly and of excellent quality. You are the closest thing we have to Maryland seafood and we can't thank you enough..
