Bad on all accounts.....first, we ordered Caesars and you could hardly taste the vodka. Second, the service was terrible as we waited forever for our order to be prepared. What made it more annoying was that you could hear the kitchen staff joking around in the kitchen. I would suggest they focus on servicing the customer versus having a good time ( or does this explain where half my vodka shot went:). Had supper at Huntsville location last night and have to say that in a lot of years of eating out I have never had a steak as bad as the sirloin at Crabby Joes...It was so tough that it was truly a challenge to cut with a steak knife...burnt on one side and almost raw on the other...ordered it medium rare but arrived less than raw. I've been here before , its ok but never really an experience I'd be excited about . its one of those places you go to cause there isn't anywhere else to go in town . it does offer some food items that are good and has several large TV's with current sports on them
I gave this restaurant a second chance. It failed again. The food is really awful. They served me a salad that must have been a practical joke amongst the kitchen staff. It was dried up and beat up. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and they told me they had no beef. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!! I paid for my meal and did not touch it. If you want to pay good money for good food. DO NOT EAT HERE. I expect them to be out of business in about 6 months. And they are hiring? Pathetic. Oct 2014
Service was decent enough, and our waitress was good. Food however was just bad. Burger and bacon topping was undercooked and was sent back, and the fish & chips was simply put...not great. The other dish at our table was so-so (chicken breast was not bad). No soap in mens washroom and girls bathroom, as I was told, "was pathetic." There is nothing unique or special here and food is subpar. For a 60$ bill, should have went somewhere else.
