Great people to lease from they respond quickly to maintenance needs etc. The only issue is I made sure I cleaned the home and sweep every corner upon my departure and all I got back was $15 from a $400 deposit. It took me 2 days with only 3hrs of sleep just for $15. They charged me for things that they are supposed to do when a tenant leaves the unit such as whitening a tub etc. but what do you expect when I was there for 3yrs.
