Had a good experience this Labor Day weekend with Crab daddy pontoon rental. Our Facebook rental person canceled on us at 1:45pm. I called to crab daddy instantly and asked if they had any availability on a very busy Saturday afternoon. The girl told me they had one left and booked me for the 2:30pm-6:30pm half day. Husband rented a pontoon boat. We went to crab Island. Boat drove really well. Had quiet engine. The staff inside and outside by the boats very friendly and helpful.
So just to start it was an amazing experience, and our dock hand was Rob apparently was his last day he was extremely kind helpful and considerate. Good instructions and great service, rob deserves a going away bonus btw! We will be back
The staff was friendly and helpful and we had a great time with the pontoon. The online reservation process was simple and the check in process was easy and fast. They had us on the water in no time. The boat worked out fine for our family of 4 and dog. I will say the boat is on the aged side with some noticeable wear and tear, but having owned boats before that is a hard thing to avoid I am sure with renting these things out constantly.
