Great service. Check in was smooth. Rob was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to while getting on and off the boat. We will definitely be back and use Crab Daddy’s again.
Best place in the area that we have rented a pontoon from yet, and we have rented a pontoon. The last five years we have been here. Will absolutely be back to them again! Great service they took all of our coolers and bags down from our vehicles to the boat. We had a blast. Thank you all so much.
Crew members were 10/10 with loading and unloading our beach bags and coolers! But only thing that could’ve been better is if our speakers would’ve worked(they were busted out). Luckily we had our turtle box. But customer service was fantastic!
The receptionist was so helpful and sweet! The two young men, Rob and Brayden were the best! Helped carry all the belongings both on and off the boat!!! Explained everything very well, telling us the exactly where to go, and giving some attractions. Boat was in good shape and clean. Everything was taken care of prior to trip to get us off quickly! Highly recommend and will be using again!!!
