Great day on the pontoon boat. Service was excellent. They even let me change my reservation last minute because of the weather. Highly recommend them. Would have given 5 stars but the radio and horn in the boat didn’t work.
We had reserved a double pontoon with slides for a family of 14 and were all excited upon our arrival. There was a little miscommunication at the beginning with very little direction but the staff was very apologetic, supportive and they eventually made it right. We headed to crab island with tension in the air from the long wait but once there, everyone relaxed and had a boat load of fun!
