We have been using Cura’s cleaning service, and a Japanese cleaner visits our home every second Friday. Although we were told she would arrive at 11:30, she has never arrived on time and usually comes around 12:00. She also finishes the cleaning in less than an hour, but she does not leave afterward. Instead, she stays for another hour and a half, doing nothing, and we feel obligated to offer her tea during that time. Cura has been a wonderful support for our family. My mum enjoys attending the Wellness Centre, where she always feels welcomed and included. The carers are practical, gentle, and consistently show deep respect for older people. Supporting someone with cognition challenges can be difficult, but the more experienced carers at Cura truly understand what needs to be done. Their approach is patient, professional, and reassuring.
