We had a tree come down in a big storm and came down on our fence and roof. CRA Building managed the repairs on behalf of our insurance company. Separate contractors were engaged for the fence and roof. Both entities that completed the repairs were professional and competent. CRA Building kept us informed through the process and regularly checked in. This is the first time we've had to deal with a significant insurance event and they were on top of everything. Very reassuring.
