I started after breaking my foot. I thought strength training would help I. My recovery. The classes have been amazing. You push yourself so much harder than you think you can. You see your fellow gym mates killing it every morning and how strong they are, it so I incredibly motivating. I am running as well and it has improved my running. You just want to show up and do more!! Coach Nancy “ makes it happen” for you.
So happy to find such a gem so close to home. Coach Nancy has a great way to keep a supportive and motivating gym with lots of laughter. Movement and strength are just a benefit after each session.
I’ve had a totally positive experience At CR8 Fitness. Coach Nancy makes it challenging for every person’s ability. She is great about altering an exercise to meet your physical needs! Great gym!
I’m loving CR8 and coach Nancy! Everybody is so friendly and the classes are fun!! It’s been about 1 month, ready for my first evaluation and I plan on sticking with it. I feel so fulfilled after doing the class.
