Started going to Coach Nancy for complete fitness. I have reached a point where I needed personal guidance and Coach Nancy and CR8 Fitness is it! The encouragement I get from my fellow gym goers and Coach Nancy is priceless to my journey! Can’t go wrong!!!
Nancy is great!! She is very supportive and encouraging as well as being an extremely knowledgeable and skilled trainer.
Cr8 in New Hampshire is a fantastic place to work out! The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and Nancy, the instructor, is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to stay on track with your fitness goals. Overall, Cr8 is a great choice for anyone looking to get fit in a positive environment!
I love this place. I have only been a member for a little while but I missed a day and got a text from Coach Nancy simply stating we missed you today. That sealed the deal for me, I was a person not a number. The classes are fun and informative, there might be 10 or so people in the room but Nancy takes the time to work with us individually. She cares enough to know our strengths and weaknesses and makes sure what you are doing is best for you, not the group! I HIGHLY recommend it!
I am a new member at CR8 Fitness and am more than impressed! A very close friend “sings the praises” of Nancy’s program every chance she gets, not to mention her own visible growth in strength and fitness! With her encouragement, I decided to give it a try.
