We had a leak on our stairs landing and checked out quotes from multiple sources and Chads was the best. Chad was responsive, went above and beyond and added extra lights and fixed some plumbing issues with no extra charge to our budget. When it rained a couple weeks after the repairs, he even called us to check in on us. He takes pride in his work and cares how it turns out.
Beware. The most horrible guy you will ever hire.... I hired Chad Fogle to build a balcony. After he started his work, I realized that he doesn’t have his own team. What he does is that he scrambles people, who have other jobs on weekdays, to work on the weekends at our project. He keeps talking about "my guys" but he doesn't have any. He is a small timer thug who just works on waterproofing coating. He doesn't have a contractor license and he have a business card that falsely says his office in Newport beach. A friend recommended Chad and his team to repair my balcony that was leaking into my garage. Chad responded right away and within hours was here to survey what would be needed. It had been leaking for quite some time, and had been “repaired” before but it just kept leaking. Not this time! Made it through these last few rains without any issues. Reasonable pricing and communicated extremely well throughout the process of fixing my leaking 500 square foot balcony. Have had no issues after a year of heavy rains. Honest and hard working.
