I have always been treated well here. Also I came from another imaging place that made mistakes on my mammogram and called myself and some others back in for a rescan. They actually billed me for this after they are the ones that made a mistake on several people. I decided to start going to the CRMC Imaging Center for imaging needs and so far everything has went very well. Recently on 05/06/24 I had my back crates and the man that did it was such a joy. Nicest person. The ladies at the front were also so kind.
I was shocked at how rude the black woman at the front desk was today. I will never come back to Cookeville regional imaging center if I have a choice. She was rude from the time I signed in, she would not offer any help and was rude answering questions. It's difficult to have to come to get threw these MRI"s and exrays much less have someone being so rude. You need a different person up front that will represent Cookeville Regional imaging the way it should be done. Joan Roberts, Sparta, Tenn
NEVER AGAIN. When I booked an appointment for an ultrasound test I explained that because I was a diabetic, and had to not eat before the appointment, I needed an early appointment. I was also told I had to be at the site at 7:00am. After sitting for an hour, my blood sugar was crashing. I will never use this facility. The staff did not care about my issue.
The front desk staff at this place is amazing! Very friendly and professional. I went in for a shoulder x-ray and was in and out in less than an hour. They were getting other people in and out quickly also. For those who have a scheduled visit in this building, X-rays are done downstairs and the Breast Cancer center is upstairs (elevator access has a pink cancer logo on the elevator door as soon as you walk in the building).
