I wish I could give a higher review of Cru Studio, but unfortunately they missed the mark for me as a business. Please note that our hair and make up stylists, Megan and Nico, were FANTASTIC! They did bridal hair and make up for our wedding and it was absolutely stunning. However, the company as whole was very difficult to work with. We booked a make up artist to come morning of the wedding and they never showed. They did not communicate at all and did not answer our texts or calls. Do not book them. They are not reliable!!

Cru confirmed with me twice (at booking and one day prior) before my event that a makeup artist was coming at 3:00pm. At noon on the event day, Cru messaged me to say the artist was sick. By 1:00 pm they said no one could come for my 3:00 pm appointment - as there was no back up option or Plan B in the event one of their makeup artists is ill.
