VERY expensive for the services I received for my rental property.
VERY expensive for the services I received for my rental property. I was not there, so I could not monitor his work. He was to fix a couple of small leaks and repair a shut off valve. I did not know that he had NOT fixed the valve until I found I could not turn off the water when a frozen pipe burst. I will NOT and have have NOT used him again.
I was impressed with the attention to small details Charlie made while fixing my kitchen drains. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was in good working order. I am grateful he came out on such short notice and on a Saturday no less. Having no running water in the kitchen is close enough to an emergency for me so i really appreciate it. Great rates and a great attitude. Thank you -M
