CR Spotless customer service and product quality has gotten much worse lately. I do not recommend that buyers purchase this system. The office manager is inaccessible and the owner has moved out of the area. The person in the office (Mary) is not helpful and can't make decisions. I have owned the CR Spotless DIC 20 system for several years. Own system and need new beeds once a year. This time my meter on unit died and they took care by installing new unit at no charge. By using this product you wash vehicle and use unit to rinse with no drying and spotless vehicle finish is the result.

System leaks, terrible customer service. Do not buy
Was super excited to try out the Simple Chuck filter system. Unfortunately the resin filters are out of stock and no clear picture of when they will be in stock. Don't want to spend that kind of $ and be stuck without the filters.
