I purchased the setup with the bypass integrated just for ease of use, but it works great with my active 2.3 pressure washer. I will never wash a car without the filtration system again. Located in Florida with the hot sun, this system is awesome. You don't have to worry about water spots or use a drying towel after I wash my vehicle. I had a pipe break and dirt contamination. Customer service is trash, Management is misleading and condescending at end of the day they don’t stand behind there product. They just want your money . False advertising at its finest what a joke.
CR Spotless customer service and product quality has gotten much worse lately. I do not recommend that buyers purchase this system. The office manager is inaccessible and the owner has moved out of the area. The person in the office (Mary) is not helpful and can't make decisions. I have owned the CR Spotless DIC 20 system for several years. When it works, it works well, but the media canisters have broken and dumped out media on two occasions, resulting in media granules all over the surface being cleaned. Own system and need new beeds once a year. This time my meter on unit died and they took care by installing new unit at no charge. By using this product you wash vehicle and use unit to rinse with no drying and spotless vehicle finish is the result.
