I'm a contractor I had these folks knock on my door in VIRGINIA yesterday and I know a good bit about how solar works and have some friends that have it. I won't name your employees - But besides just blatantly lying about 1 how solar works in general 2 They kept telling me they were local, but wouldn't say anything further. Finally get to who they are. From Illinois....
Refused to give me admin access or an API key to the system that I own. I am unable to setup automations and am stuck with the bill for this system.
It has been a pleasure to work with this company, from the time William did the presentation, the technicians that installed the system to the office personnel that have kept us updated till today when we finally flipped the switch and started producing solar power. IGS Solar has been very helpful also with providing answers to billing questions, etc. Can't tell you how excited we are to finally get everything going and looking forward to getting out from under the electric companies dominance. This co was to put in solar panels in and backed out due to there being a little more work, there people had me to cut concrete up to save on work and crossing drainage lines after all this they said they would pay me &1500 for the inconvenience, well guess what they lied, don’t fool with this company or these people they won’t do what they say they will they lied and there’s no other way to put it beware! And they don’t deserve one star
