Our pup, Rylee, stays at CR Ranch only once a year since we travel with her on all our other trips through out the year. Prior to her first stay at CR Ranch we stopped by unannounced & without her for a tour of their facility. The staff was pleasant & answered all our questions. Since we have a very active Lab we warned the staff of her liveliness. And all her habits! From her first stay and to her latest (9/23) the staff was very positive & open about her behavior. Took my dog ***** V there for a half day daycare on 8/8/23. It was her first time, was not impressed. They took my dog away with no explanation as to where and what they do during her time there. We were not given a tour of the facility, being our first time there it would be nice to see where my dog was being taken. When we picked her up, the same story, here's your dog, with no critique as to how she did socializing with the other dogs or how she did being at daycare. Would not recommend this place.

Our German Short Hair will be 14 next month and pretty set in her ways. She absolutely loves staying at the C R Ranch. We have used C R Ranch Pet O Tel twice now. on a scale of 1 -10 I give them a 10. Check-in is always very easy and efficient. Someone promptly retrieves the dog to take her in. It is fun to go online and see pictures of her while we are gone. I find the prices to be competitive, not the cheapest and not the most expensive.
