Always helpful and great customer care. The new owner is focused on customer service as was the previous owner but now it's a step up. Lots of equipment to chose from and go.
The worst tool place ever. I have left my power saw to repair. They dissembled every part of the saw and then then told me that it is not fixable. They charged me $35 yet they returned my saw in pieces. Since they have charged me $35, they should have the courtesy to return my item the way I have dropped to them. By the way I have gotten my saw fixed by other place.
This is quite simply the WORST power equipment shop I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Do NOT use them if you want your tools back in any timely fashion. Instead go to: Pro-landscape Supply Company, 11 Virgil Street, Stamford, CT 06902 (203) 359-6599. The reason for this strong opinion: I was there a couple of years ago and it took them 4 weeks to get my power hedge (echo) trimmer cleaned up.
