Nails have been falling since I got them. I usually get acrylic but powder was forced on me they kept saying it’s better this and better that but they keep falling off never ever again will I ever or recommend.

Terrible manicure! I had a decent manicure the first visit,then went downhill quick on the next one. It was painful as well,dremel burnt my finger nails on 3 nails before she finally backed it down.I had a dip manicure,nails were bumpy,did not look professional. I won’t be back.

Literally looks like an amateur did my nails. This is the second time I give this shop a chance and the last. $20 manicure. $5 to remove my dipped powder nails. Cathy literally ripped the dipped powder off from my natural nails instead of having them soak. She kept hurting me as she did this and she hurt me with the drill as well. She broke a couple of my nails while doing this and claimed that they were already broken. I don't know the quality was simply not there. Probably the last time I would visit. I went there because it was close and convenient but end result is sloppy.

NOT HYGIENIC. I came here to remove my dip powder polish and get a regular manicure. The nail tech didn’t change her gloves after starting someone’s pedicure, and then going back to my hands. That was gross. You touch someone’s feet and then touch someone else’s hands. That should be a basic hygienic practice. Then she cut my skin while trimming my cuticles, but of course did not acknowledge it or apologize.
