This company doesn’t even deserve one star. We trusted them to move our furniture during a residential move. During the move, they damaged our custom made sofa bed. This could have been prevented if they wrapped the couch properly and used the carpet under the couch. And of course we are all human and everyone makes mistakes. I recently had the pleasure of working with Raj and Amar from CR Movers and Packers, and I can’t recommend them enough! Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident from the moment they arrived. Raj and Amar were punctual and well-prepared, which immediately put me at ease during what can be a stressful process. They took great care in packing my belongings, ensuring everything was secure and protected. The entire moving process was smooth and quick. They worked seamlessly as a team, making the move feel effor... read more

We were promised by Rutvik all boxes and packing materials for the packing but the 2 boys did not bring any boxes. Someone came after 2 hours with only 10 small boxes. They used OUR TRASH BAGS for packing stuff. Highly unprofessional and inefficient. They ALL LSO FORGOT OUR STUFF back at the old address. Would not recommend them at all They will trick you that they are better because they are offering so much and have so many followers on Instagram but the job done was low quality we had to pack some of our stuff in the end

Everything went very smoothly. The communication was great. I was pretty stressed about this move, but they always answered the phone to address my questions. I recommend this service.
