I recently booked my move through Priyal, who was very helpful and responsive in coordinating everything. On moving day, Rahul and his team handled the move smoothly and professionally. They were efficient, careful with our fragile items, and assisted with disassembly and reassembly, which made the process much easier for us. I used CR Movers and honestly had a very frustrating experience. I hired 4 movers, but they worked extremely slowly, clearly stretching things out since they were being paid hourly. They also kept taking turns eating, which I don’t mind if communicated, but it’s not fair to be billed for that time. They were careful with the furniture, but as professionals they should have wrapped the stair railings before moving large pieces. What really upset me was the attitude.
