This has been my worst experience with a dealer when it comes to buying a truck. I’ve been constantly communicating via email and phone for about a week now and was not told that the vehicle I was interested in had already been sold to someone else. The lack of communication from this dealer from the sales person to the one in charge of financing is just ridiculous. Wonderful experience! I worked with John to purchase a 2012 Ford F-150 a week ago. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and had great integrity. I had test driven several trucks from other dealers over a 3 month period to narrow down what I wanted. Great environment
Had such a great experience working with Shaun. Got what I wanted for a really good deal and Shaun is so willing to help out with whatever I needed. I was a high maintenance customer and he was happy and willing to help with all my requests. Would definitely recommend any friend to buy a vehicle from Shaun/C&R Motors.
C & R Motors has been by far our best car buying experience. We worked with Shaun to buy our F-150 and he was great. It wasn't a pushy or uncomfortable atmosphere. Shaun was very truthful about everything on the car and was very helpful making it the perfect car for us. You could tell that he was very experienced and educated when it came to cars. We will definitely be going back there in the future.
