Chris & Randy make a really good team. Chris took the call, gathered the info and set up the appointment. Randy came out to assist with a leak on my AC. Did his best but said I would probably need a new seal.
In addition to being an overall nice person, Randy is a detail-oriented technician. He is also very communicative and fair in his pricing.
Randy was wonderful! After driving 8½ hours and arriving at our campground, we quickly discovered that we had no electricity in our RV. We called several mobile RV technicians with no luck. Then we got in touch with Randy. Although he wasn’t able to come out in person, he spent over an hour with us on FaceTime troubleshooting the issue.
