Randy has assisted me with several issues. As a novice RV'r, I truly appreciate his understanding and patience. He also takes the time to show how things connect and function which in turn provides me with much needed confidence to handle things on my own.
I recently used this company for my RV repair and service here in Saint Augustine. I could not be happier with everything that they did. I love it that they come to where you are and take care of your problems. My generator is up and running and very quiet, the furnace is working, other new parts were installed and the price was right. Very professional, very knowledgeable and personable. Excellent experience with Randy. He came out to do a general systems check on my travel trailer, including A/C service. Very professional & easy communication - even got a reminder text the day before my service. Easy to schedule. Professional Quotes pre-service & Explanation of Billing post-service. My wife and I arrived at Ocean Grove Campground from Delaware to find our hot water heater leaking all over our floor. I am quite handy, so I bought a new one at Camping World and installed it myself. But, after installation it did not work! So, after doing all the tests I could think of, I finally called C&R for advice. Randy helped me diagnose the problem "over the phone." I installed a new LP regulator and "voila"!
