Randy was wonderful! After driving 8½ hours and arriving at our campground, we quickly discovered that we had no electricity in our RV. We called several mobile RV technicians with no luck. Then we got in touch with Randy. Although he wasn’t able to come out in person, he spent over an hour with us on FaceTime troubleshooting the issue. Trouble shot problem and solved it on the spot.
I contacted C&R on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for RV A/C cleaning and maintenance and they scheduled me for Wednesday. Patrick was personable, professional, and very thorough. Its great to know my AC unit is working well as we get into the hot summer. I highly recommend C & R for all your RV maintenance and repairs. Always great service!
If I could give ten stars, I would! C&R are professional, courteous, and efficient. I made one call, they mobilized to my location in a matter of a few hours, the diagnosis took 20-25 minutes, the work was performed a few days later once the repair parts arrived. I did do a couple of price checks in due diligence, and all I found was that I was getting great value. Thank you, C&R!
