Since we moved to Bracebridge eight years ago, I've ordered bouquets from CR three or four times annually. Except for once a couple of years back, when the roses drooped after just a couple of days, I've had consistently good luck with their flowers. My wife is still trimming stems and changing water on a bouquet I ordered two weeks ago -- and, although smaller now, it looks great. I just needed to share that the owner of CR Flowers just went out of her way in more words than you can imagine to fix a mistake that wasn’t her fault . I will not forget the good deed she deed and blessed me with a beautiful arrangement! Thank you

I called and there was no answer. Was called back and asked if they could deliver that day, they said yes. We’re kinda rude on the phone but whatever. Did not send the flowers until the following day (allegedly) then my aunt never received them. My card was charged when I contacted them they said they left with the volunteers at the hospital and no recourse . Hard to believe when they lied on the first day - had no problem charging my card even though they did not keep Up their end of the deal. Disappointed.

Best customer service!!! It was my mother in law 60th birthday and the florist (didn't catch her name) got an overnight shipping for the flowers I was looking for!! Amazing! You guys really made my MIL birthday memorable! Thanks so much. Keep up the beautiful work you do :)
