I used their website and scheduled to get an estimate on some electrical issues. I got a confirmation of the appt, but no one showed up. After several attempts calling them, Antonio finally answered and said he didn’t have the appt on his calendar. He said to send him photos of the issue that needed fixing and he would give me an estimate. I sent the images within minutes of that conversation. After a day and no estimate, I texted to see if he was going to provide one. He never responded. Horrible customer service.

CR Electric responded right away and came out quickly to assess the issue. Antonio was very professional and helped out to make sure everything was in perfect working order for me! Would definitely hire again!
