Working with Chad was worry-free. He was understanding of my needs and changes as they came along. He responded to texts/phone calls promptly. The work was completed as agreed and on time. After a successful bathroom remodel, I hired him for a kitchen remodel. All work was top quality. I already have him scheduled for an egress window install in the spring. I highly recommend C.R. Clark & Co.
Chad is very knowledgeable at his profession. He was very helpful with managing my dogs while he was working, which was a big plus. He offered to save me money by letting me know what I could do and the best way for me to proceed In doing it with several options. He felt like I was having my son work for me. I found his prices to be very reasonable, his work to be excellent and my dogs loved him.
We did have an issue with our deck not being quite to our satisfaction. However, after some discussion all was corrected very much to our satisfaction. In the end, we had a great experience with Chad and we highly recommend.
The work completed was solid, communication was excellent and the product looks great so far!
We had been struggling to find a contractor even willing to come and look at our basement as we were wanting a full renovation, and contractors are super busy.
