3/4/2025 Experienced an intermittent starting issue with my Audi A4 Avant. Diagnosing the issue was challenging, but once again Darwin and his team isolated the problem, AND were able to obtain the necessary parts and repair the same day! I continue to value their honesty, expertise and customer service. 12/12/2024 Our LR3 had the rear passenger window broken while parked in the city. I have always had a great experience with this company. I have been helped with emergencies such as headlights out and other immediate needs. If a part doesn’t need fixing, Darwin will say so. Services are timely and straightforward. But they are busy, so it may take a few days to get in for routine service.
