This is the wrong car dealer in Richmond . Sold me a rusted water damaged car, gas tank was leaking subframe that holds the engine up is rusting out and now is completely broken . I spoke with him plenty of times trying to resolve this issue I was left with nothing Toyota told me the cars not save to drive everything under my car is dangerously rusted out.

I made the mistake of getting a state inspection at university tire and auto on main st, they failed it for something I could easily tell was a lie. I came to C&R and waited for my car to be inspected and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Front staff was so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend, thank you!
