I am just happy that there were great nurses and the best doctor I could have for my emergency treatment.
Went in on a Friday about 10am. Told them "this is probably more of an Urgent care vs ER thing" then explained my issue, they didn't bat an eye. Checked me in right away and also being no one was there they got me prepped for doc right away too. 1st and foremost everyone there was absolutely amazing. I've been to several ERs over the years mostly for others but some for myself, and this one was definitely the best. Super clean seem to have everyrhing they truely need to do what they do. Went in 2 times the same day once at 4am at 5 pm for my 1 month old baby, she has a viral respiratory infection and the staff was absolutely horrible had an attitude and tone.Didnt take my concerns seriously my baby was having trouble breathing and stomach &. chest was bulging in. they treated it lightly with no concerns. told me not go in for anything even if she had a fever to go to her pediatrician . how would i go to pediatric at 4am when she isn’t breathing correctly .Wasnt risking it with a one month old baby who was h... read more
Sister was in for emergency care. Everyone was very caring and did what they had to help with the situation. Nurses and doctor were great. She had to be transported to Scottsdale but all service was wonderful. Thank you for your care.
I gave 2 stars because the staff was great 👍🏻 but the actual Dr wasn’t good at all. I went in with my 2 kids and the Dr checked them fast and didn’t even take his time, then the nurse said that my baby had a fever and was breathing rapidly but the Dr said we had a seasonal virus and sent us home with no medicine or anything just to suck it up. Well my children’s fever kept getting high and I couldn’t keep it down so I went to the hospital in México and both my kids had ear infections, bad cough, lungs swollen and had to be... read more
