CQC has done two major renovation projects for us and two for friends based on our recommendation. The results of all projects look really nice. CQC uses an online project management tool which is very helpful. The first project they did in 2018 (kitchen renovation) went very smoothly - 5 stars. CQC just finished a 5+ month remodel of our kitchen and laundry room/pantry and we are beyond thrilled! The whole process from the design phase with Tommy and Margarita, to the completion with Justin, Jon and Mike getting it all done, was wonderful. They kept to the timeline, got me back in my laundry room quicker than I expected and were able to do some additional work to get our 25 yr old house in tip top shape! FINAL UPDATE-- Warranty service I wanted to add a quick update to my previous reviews to say how much I appreciate Justin Koch’s responsiveness in following up on warranty items. He’s been proactive, communicative, and easy to work with—just continuing the great experience I’ve had with the whole CQC team. CQC was fantastic, from the design phase with Natalia through construction with Justin, Mike and Jon bringing it all to life. They did an excellent job on our kitchen and mud room. It’s completely transformed the house.
