What a bloody awesome job. Fixed my 5000 detector. I'm back at it. Thanks heaps guys yous are awesome. Great service and dam good customer service. Legends.

Always professional. Gave me options I didn’t know existed when I took my handhelds and consoles in for refurbishing. Stands by their work, I had a problem with a screen and they said to bring it back with no fuss.

I was referred to Hard Reset by Jaycar. I rang and asked if he could fix a charger for my sons electric scooter, it was new and he hadn't been able to charge it yet and he said he could fix it, so I took it in paid $60 up front and 2 weeks later, i picked it up and was told how good of a job he did on it and had to pay another $21. He said if it breaks it had a warranty which was great because it only worked once before blowing up. The last thing you need travelling with our caravan is an electronic wiring fault. Desmond was able to identify the problem and fix without delay. Desmond knowledge, customer service is a credit to him.
