I got SNS nails with extensions, but within 5 hours, one of the nails cracked. When I complained, they offered to fix it, which they did. However, within a week, multiple nails started breaking and showing cracks again. When I reached out for a second time, I was blamed for having long extensions and not taking proper care of my nails. While I understand that long nails require extra care, I've had SNS nails with extensions from other salons without any issues. Too much waiting even we got appointment as well.. moreover the price is $100 even on Pay Id they r charging surcharge.. seriously just for normal extensions with no accessories. Very rude customer service. Not recommended at all
Didn’t feel it was fair to rate one star considering I didn’t actually get my nails done and couldn’t tell what their quality was like but wouldn’t recommend to come here if you want your appointment to run on time. My friend and I booked appointments for 4pm, they didn’t acknowledge that we had booked in prior and told us to sit and wait. Was only handed their colour selection and sat there until 4:30 with no communication about how much longer they’d be. My friend and I ended up walking out.
