i paid $100 for a set that should only cost 60$, last time i came here i got a very long set of nails and same colour as the set i got today and it was only 90$ today i went i sat down they prepped and put the tips on my nails, the lady went to get the acrylic powder and when she came back she told me that my set was going to cost $150 and i said to her politely that the last time i came i got the same length and everything for only $90 she proceeded to tell me i was wrong and said that 90$ would only get up about 1-2 cm abo... read more
I got SNS nails with extensions, but within 5 hours, one of the nails cracked. When I complained, they offered to fix it, which they did. However, within a week, multiple nails started breaking and showing cracks again. When I reached out for a second time, I was blamed for having long extensions and not taking proper care of my nails. While I understand that long nails require extra care, I've had SNS nails with extensions from other salons without any issues. Too much waiting even we got appointment as well.. moreover the price is $100 even on Pay Id they r charging surcharge.. seriously just for normal extensions with no accessories. Very rude customer service. Not recommended at all
