This is a most disorganised practice. One of the senior ladies at reception is exceptional but the rest of the staff, in my opinion, operate poorly and you have to almost invariably make requests at least twice before anything is done. The office seems to operate in a typical passive aggressive environment indicative of poor management. I have seen 2 different doctors there and I was very underwhelmed with thei style/abilities. Suggest Mt Archer medical just up the road. Great doctors.
