When Mandalay closed I was totally devastated with feelings of vulnerability until I came across this surgery. The staff are considerate, caring and very supportive of my medical requirements. I’m not usually someone to write bad reviews, but I feel as though this is necessary. The first two times I came here, I had really great experiences. I felt like I was heard and cared for at both appointments, so I told my mum to come here (to the same doctor) while she was visiting. I found the doctor to be rude this particular time, and did not offer to check my mum out at all, only send her home with a script for medication for something we weren’t sure the issue was even for. I have been seeing Doc Marco Barnard for 8 years now and I'm 51 he would have to be the most amazing person and doc I've seen all around Australia in my life,, He always makes me feel better and can talk to him about anything,, He's the best you can get,, Thank you Marco you have helped me out so much I appreciate your kindness and knowledgement..
