Absolute garbage clinic. Practice manager Allana Gregson is rude, inconsiderate & downright nasty. If you are seeking to be bulk billed, you will probably get the first appointment but if you book another appointment online ,the practice manager will cancel it without notifying you . She's a money hungry thing & obviously does not care about the patients wellbeing. Avoid at all costs

When Mandalay closed I was totally devastated with feelings of vulnerability until I came across this surgery. The staff are considerate, caring and very supportive of my medical requirements. I found my safe place once I walked through the front door of this doctors surgery. Thank you for caring for me.

I’m not usually someone to write bad reviews, but I feel as though this is necessary. The first two times I came here, I had really great experiences. I felt like I was heard and cared for at both appointments, so I told my mum to come here (to the same doctor) while she was visiting. I found the doctor to be rude this particular time, and did not offer to check my mum out at all, only send her home with a script for medication for something we weren’t sure the issue was even for.
