The electrician from CQ Electrical was engaged by Ray White to repair the air conditioning unit, but the outcome was deeply disappointing. What was delivered - amounted to an overpriced, superficial fix that failed to address the underlying issue. No prior quote was provided, no meaningful discussion took place with the agency, and no effort was made to communicate the severity of the problem before proceeding. One extra star as the band-aid job is holding up for more than 6 months.

The electrician from CQ electrical was called by RayWhite agency to repair the AC and the work completed was merely a poor band-aid job(with high cost). The work was completed without discussing the issues with the agency, without prior quotes or letting the agency know that the problem can reoccur. Only in the final bill they commented that the problem can reoccur soon due to corrosion in the compressor, so why not change it or discuss intead of completing the job with a useless bandaid repair at a huge cost.
