I have been coming here for physical therapy for shoulder/ neck pain. The staff is super welcoming and do a great job making sure the exercises are not too difficult or not too easy, always listening to how you are feeling. They explain the exercises and make sure you are doing them correctly. This is my first experience with physical therapy and I’m grateful it’s here!
Went here for weeks. Asked for my notes they had none. Then waited for notes and they weren’t me. The doctor promised notes last Friday and this am after not getting them said I can’t get them. When every day I say there’s an issues and the student says they’ll tell the doctor and nothing gets done it’s a problem. Reception hangs up on you when. You request things
I am not happy with the following: 1) They like to rush you and reduce treatment time. I keep hearing "we are closing" for lunch or for the day. I was 4 min late today. I did not get to call because I did not know it would be a few min but the most, 2 min max. Yet they told me 12 min before noon they were getting ready to take their lunch so they ended/shortened my treatment.
