I had surgery on my c spine for degenerative disc disease. I got hit by a car while walking across the street last April. And I have arthritis in my lower back as well. Needless to say, I'm in a lot of pain at times. But, since I've started therapy here at physical therapy fitness team I've been feeling a heck of a lot better. 10/10 I love this place I’m super thankful for everyone here including Julian, Leah, & Michelle I came here 2 weeks after surgery from the rarest ankle fracture in the world (trimalleolar) and I literally rolled in on a knee scooter, unable to walk and scared for my future lol Everyone made it so easy and comfortable to get back to myself, they listen and check in with you constantly and if you can’t do something, you aren’t forced. These guys? They’re too nice, smiling all the time, greet you, and don’t even give you the stink eye like a regular medical practice. Like how dare they be that nice and make you feel comfortable? (In case you don’t get sarcasm, I loved them). Doc and the staff fixed me up. I broke my shoulder in a mosh pit and they knew exactly what I needed to get back to 100%. They got me there. This place is legit. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone.
