Struggled to contact Craig regarding a house he had listed for sale. When I eventually was able to talk to him he was completely unprofessional and had no interest in discussing the property. Wouldn't be selling through them if that is the norm for their agents.
Many praise to Mandy at CPT. Rental property settled on a Thursday and she had the place tenanted with a signed lease by the following Monday with rental income well above the local average (~25% higher). Very proficient, contactable and easy to work with.
