Great tech support and good communication on project and services very friendly and easy to work with
I share the “subtractors hell” sentiment by Scott Olea here. Here’s why: 🚩 CPT asked a field technician how many hours CPT’s project would take. (Hint: their website says they are the professionals) 🚩 CPT asks the field technician to find the additional techs and pay them with the one work order instead of properly creating additional work orders to recruit more techs 🚩 CPT pressured a tech to accept the project regardless of a labor shortage 🚩 CPT lied about outcome in a dispute to save money and short payment on labor.... read more
This is a terrible company. They will wreck your business network. They outsource their labor to randoms and have zero I.T. expertise in business enterprise. BEWARE.
Subcontractors hell. I super dont like working with them. I dread when their name pops up. Just look around locally for technicians, no work is done by them, they literally call places around you and find the cheapest option. Skip the middle man and work directly with your local technicians. (It will be cheaper as well)
Not a good company to sub contract for. They want to pay a qualified technician around $20 per hour. I would not recommend this company
