I called cpt because I was having dirty water issues. Hans came out to look at the situation and suggested some filters. They emailed me a quote and first thing the.next morning they called and hand was able to come out that same day. After the installed he explained to me how to do everything that would ever need to be done. update i havnt heard back from them after the last time Hans came out. He said he would call me in a few days i didn't get a call so I emailed and havnt heard back I'm a bit disappointed with that.
