Kallfass is a great manufacturer of Shrink Wrap Machines and provider of technical support / services. I have worked multiple projects with them, and I really appreciate the support given by the Kallfass Team.
We had a problem with our Kallfass Universa 500 Servo Monday. Michael Pohl and Bodo Geopfert were amazing helping us get our machine back running pristine! We had a very difficult problem to troubleshoot. They were super fast answering our email with ideas. Michael took time out of servicing another plant to give us the correct troubleshooting idea. We fixed the machine. I so appreciate there dedication to there machines, Company and their customers. Thanks you!!
