Tried to inquire about a rental property. after the third day I tried again and was told only that the rental agent (who is an employee of this insurance agency) was not frequently in the office. I left a message but was told that because I had complained my business was not welcome. I don't understand why it is that a rental agency with vacancies cannot grasp or appreciate a cash customer! I would not do business with these people if they paid ME at this point! this is the worst communication and the poorest professionalism... read more
