Head of HR is absolutely trash. Even after explaining to her that we are dealing with the loss of a family member who was one of their Employees, she dishes out the nastiest attitude and is completely apathetic to the news. Instead we are “thanked” for updating them and then dismissed. Disrespectful. Definitely doesn’t need to be in her position.
