Locky and his team were outstanding! Highly recommend as our new bathroom is perfect. Nothing was too much trouble as we also had a few other smaller jobs which they completed in a fast & professional manner.
Highly recommend Lachlan from CPS Plumbing. He was able to come to my house in Pakenham at very short notice, was very knowelagble and able to fix the issue and identified other underlying issues. He gave great customer service at a reasonable cost.
Locky responded promptly when I contacted him. However, I should’ve known I had made the wrong decision using these people when Greg rolled up. Just moments in, several questions I asked were met with “I don’t know”. Unfortunately, it was too late to find a different plumber as he was already here. In the course of his work I did ask him if he had done this before and he said “yes hundreds of times”.
