Highly unprepared for extreme weather conditions been without power for 32 hours, on top of they have no one giving us updates or answers. This is ridiculous!!!!
Very bad service for this winter
Just when I think a utility company cannot lower the bar anymore, CPS (Constantly Poor Service) shows me they can. Without a doubt the most incompetent provider I’ve ever had. Rolling blackouts of 5 mins of power followed by hours without service is a prime example.
Customer service sucks, and you can never get information when you need it!
Never been to this store or this location but I hate this company this is the worst electric company ever possible they find any way and every way to charge you fees on top of fees on top of fees like you barely can pay your electricity bill because you have all these extra fees it's ridiculous.
