This monopoly had to end!!! They charge whatever they feel like charging depending on weather and rip of hard working people. There has to be competition!!!!!

Today I spoke with a customer care representative by the name of Angelica she was not only professional prompt courteous and very helpful, she really helped me out in a very big way.
CPS erroneously disconnected the electricity from my apartment, and had the audacity to demand a $200 deposit to have the services reconnected despite never being late on paying my bills.
