Absolutely terrible experience. I came in ready to spend nearly $1,500 on a new install for a 3/4” 825Y backflow. Everyone was busy except the younger guy with glasses who i asked multiple times for assistance, and was blatantly ignored. After being brushed off over and over, I walked out. Unbelievable. Took my business to DBC Because they actual values customers.
Have used them for years for irrigation parts, always professional!
