I’ve been to several places in the city for my certifications, and hands down, CPR123 has been the best. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I took my PALS course yesterday with Kan, and he was an amazing instructor—clear, knowledgeable, and made the class engaging. Everything ran so smoothly, I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back for my IV certification next weekend. I’ve already told my cohort that when it comes to renewals, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
I’ve taken CPR certifications with CPR123 since 2012! Best company to do so! All the instructors are professional and experienced. The classes are good sizes (not too large), and everything is done the same day (sometimes by the next day).
This is now my second time coming to cpr123 and I cannot say enough good things about them! I accidentally made a mistake in the course I signed up for and chose the in class instead of the skills check but when I told Tatiana about the mistake she made sure to help me switch to the correct one as soon as I was able to show her that I completed the online portion. She was extremely understanding and made it so I could get out to study for an important exam! Thanks again ◡̈
